These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by HBM Abschleppdienst.
2. Scope of Services
We offer the following services:
- Vehicle towing and recovery
- On-site tire replacement
- 24/7 roadside assistance
- Jump-start for battery problems
3. Availability
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average arrival time is 20-40 minutes.
4. Pricing
Prices are calculated transparently based on effort. You will receive a specific quote on-site after assessing the situation.
5. Payment
Payment is due after service completion. We accept cash and common payment methods.
6. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. In case of slight negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
